TRAINING: Good and comprehensive training provides the basis for execution. Regular in-house training and seminar sessions. Recognized, independent courses.

All our Cleaning Team understand they are responsible for their work. In addition, every individual site has a Team Leader who is responsible for that site. COLOUR CODED CLEANING SYSTEM

Unlike many cleaning s companies Janitorial Hygiene ensure that we use the ‘Colour Coding Guide’ for cleaning. This is an integral part of our cleaning processes, and ensures the most hygienic and thorough cleaning methods.
Colour-coding is the idea of designating certain cleaning tools and processes by consistent colour schemes. Its purpose is the segregation of equipment, materials and procedures as a means of preventing cross-infection and cross-contamination in the home and the workplace. The colours used must remain consistent for their tasks, and the fewer colours used, the better.

CLEANING PRODUCTS FOR A COMPLETE CLEAN

At Janitorial Hygiene our commitment to using the best available equipment and chemicals are of high quality. In the interest of safety every site where chemicals are store has an active MSDS – Material Safety Data Sheet. These sheets provide important information regarding the chemicals, storage requirements, and first aid.

We use our own 3 Step Integrated Cleaning Management process to ensure a Complete clean, and your total satisfaction! WE USE THE 4 STEP PROCESS:

• Our Onsite Report Form -The on duty cleaners together with the supervisor uses the ‘Onsite Report Form’ for the specific side to communicate with the client if there is any breakages and maintenance requirements necessary to any of the building’s fixtures, fittings that the client needs to attend to.
• Our Comprehensive Cleaning Checklist -All staff on every job carry and use a ‘Comprehensive Cleaning Checklist’ specific to that job. The checklist is developed by Janitorial Hygiene management to communicate with the client’s needs and expectations to the on-duty cleaner clearly and without ambiguity. Through this checklist we provide the link between the client and the on-duty cleaner. While every checklist is developed individually. The cleaning check list also helps the on duty cleaner to keep track of all the daily cleaning tasks.
• Our Quality Assurance Inspection Report – The Quality Assurance Inspection Report is however used by Janitorial Hygiene management to review the quality of the on-duty cleaner’s work, rating each individual element of work from one of four fundamental measures: • Excellent • Satisfactory • Requires Attention • Requires Urgent Attention

Schools
